• the greenhouse, where we’ll cover germination techniques for seed starting;

• our compost area and mushroom log installation;

• our main production gardens to discuss our regenerative farming practices;

• our rainwater catchment and wastewater treatment systems

The tour will conclude with a snack from our preservation and demonstration kitchen.
