For our fall open house and tour, we’ve invited some of our partners to join us and share more about the work we’ve done together this year!

• Food Equity Collaborative will be sharing more information about Kitchen Compass, our food and nutrition education and accessibility program for youth transitioning out of foster care.

• Learn about the microbial communities in compost tea, and how they benefit soil health, from the NC State Soil Microbiome Extension Program.

• Explore the practice of agrivoltaics - practicing agriculture under solar panels - by visiting our demo site and learning from our agrivoltaics research team.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Pizzeria Toro to the farm! They’ll be serving up wood-fired pizzas for purchase, with 100% of the sales going to benefit Feed-Well Fridges (limited supplies available).
