Finishes

Flooring: made from the original 1 ⅛” marine grade plywood flooring from the containers.  The plywood had to be removed to install systems and insulation, then reinstalled and sealed with water based low VOC sealer.  

Interior cladding is American hickory tongue-in-groove paneling, sustainably harvested in North Carolina.  Cabinetry was custom made in Raleigh by REdesign.build using custom made plywood from Formology that uses a soy-based glue and contains no VOCs or polyurethane.
